A friend’s beach house, open to all
Palmys started with a simple idea: a converted PB home where the coffee’s good, the food’s fresh, and nobody’s in a hurry to turn your table.

Built for lingering.
We took an old house a few blocks from Crystal Pier, filled it with plants and rattan and terrazzo, and threw the doors open to the yard. The result is the kind of place you come for a coffee and stay till the afternoon light gets good.
Our kitchen leans healthy-meets-coastal-comfort — plant-forward, produce-driven, and generous with the vegan, veggie & GF swaps. And yes, there are Old Bay tots in the burrito.
